Watercolor nature painting
When I was young, I fished beside my grandpa with a simple cane pole, wishing for the day I would have a grown-up fishing rod.
Only later did I understand: what I was waiting for was worth less than what I already had—the quiet water, my grandpa beside me, and a moment I would spend the rest of my life remembering.
What we wish for is sometimes less than what we have now. And now is the only place we can ever live.
