Penguin

A new penguin watercolor is taking shape on the work table.

Penguin is still in progress. The first washes are down, with dark feathers, warm color across the belly, and a touch of blue beside him.

The eyes and the foreground are still waiting for their next layers. Here is a look at the painting as it takes shape.
